Frazetta's son steals $20 mil of his dad's artwork

Alfonso Frank Frazetta, son of the renowned fantasy artist Frank Frazetta, was arrested in eastern Pennsylvania yesterday after having reportedly stolen 90 items valued at approximately $20 million from a museum dedicated to his father's work. The younger Frazetta, aged 52, had an accomplice with a backhoe who helped him pull the door off of the museum. Frazetta was arrested after loading the works into a trailer and vehicle and was apprehended before he could drive off and flee the scene, according to The Pocono Record.

neenerpants and I are attending Pure Speculation in Edmonton the first weekend of October. My publisher and good friend Martin Klimes and his family will be joining us as well. While there Martin and I've been asked to give a couple talks...

Borg game design - creating RPGs as a collective.

It's the 21st century and we're no longer shackled to crusty old Victorian work practices. The internet lets us work in ways that simply weren't available before. Aaron Acevedo and Martin Klimes talk about their experiences with Talisman Studios, and designing games in a collective. Whether you're looking for a way to get your game published (and struggling with the whole corporate thing), or just interested in a behind-the-scenes look at a successful publisher, this
panel promises to be an eye-opening hour.

Flexing the nexus - getting the most out of your roleplay gaming.

Flexibility is one of those gaming virtues that you hear about, but nobody tells you how to get it, or what to do with it once you have some. Join Martin Klimes and Aaron Acevedo as they dig down into specific examples of how you can get more 'Remember that session when... wasn't that cool?' moments out of your gaming. They've been gaming for over 50 years between them and are co-developers of Suzerain, one of the most flexible game settings available, so expect a lively and interactive session.
